There is no need to download any forms or other paperwork, I will supply everything for you and be your consultant throughout the process. Edwards and Son is an accredited lead paint inspector by the Maryland Department of the Environment to perform your lead paint inspection as well. If you are a Baltimore County rental property owner and need a Baltimore County rental license inspection and a lead-based paint inspection, there is a 25% discount on the rental inspection.

Our Process
Edwards and Son is a full service rental property inspection service. We will inspect the property and give you a full report and consultation of what issues need to be addressed before the rental property passes a Baltimore County rental license inspection. We will then re-inspect the property after all issues are addressed for only 25.00.

Lead Paint Inspections
If you need a lead paint inspection for your Baltimore County or City rental property, we are your full-service lead paint inspector for Baltimore County & Baltimore City. I will perform a visual lead paint inspection on your rental property and put together a report of repairs with pictures and descriptions of the areas that need to be addressed before any lead dust samples can be taken. I will then return, once issues are corrected to collect the lead dust samples and issue you your passing lead paint certificate once the samples have passed.
