History
Edwards and Son was started by my father in 1987 as a small construction and maintenance company in Ocean City Md. My brothers and I would work with my father on weekends and on larger jobs as the business began to grow. My father would work late at night and on the weekends and was the example of quality service and professionalism to his sons.
Edwards and Son began to grow as did our reputation for service and we were now in charge of maintaining hundreds of rental properties in Ocean City year round. The summers were nonstop twelve hour days seven days a week from May thru September. The off season was almost as busy because the quality service that was given during the summer transpired into many larger jobs from the property owners.
In 2007 I formed Edwards and Son Home Inspection LLC based on the same principals of personalized service and professionalism. “If you take care of the customers that you have serviced they will come back”. Edwards and Son Home Inspection LLC bases its business on repeat customers and referrals, so there is nothing more important than a satisfied customer.

I have provided thousands of rental license inspections and lead paint inspections for Baltimore County and Baltimore City rental property owners, property managers, investors and realtors since Baltimore County required rental license registration in July, 2008. If you live out of town or can’t make the inspection time, I will meet with your tenant, perform the inspections, and email you all documents and reports needed to finalize your Baltimore County rental registration and lead paint inspection.
